The Best Books I Read in 2025
AND a new video series!
Happy new year! I’m sending of a quick note in between so much family time and a little planning our year/couples getaway with our dear friends. I can’t quite remember what day it is, and I’m a little worried we won’t remember how to be real people when work/homeschool begins again on Monday.
Today I have a very quick list of my favorite books from 2025. I didn’t include descriptions or reviews, because I just don’t have the capacity for that this week. Hopefully this list still adds to your TBR in a meaningful way!
I’d love to hear from you, especially if you have book recommendations for me! Reply to this newsletter and it will come directly to me.

On YouTube:
I am THRILLED to be starting a new weekly series on YouTube. I have been dreaming of this for a long time and because I didn’t quite know what direction I wanted to take it, I was afraid of starting. But I didn’t want to let another year go by without trying to create this series. So, here we go! Slow Stitch along with me every Friday this year. I’m so excited to have finally begun!
Here’s to more love and joy in this fresh new year and to making time for the things we love to do!
Heidi
