What I'm Into: June 2014

One word to describe June would be full: t-ball, swimming lessons, summer camp for the kids; family parties, adoption finalization (yay!), work, creative and home projects for myself and Jason.  The weather has been perfect for grilling, picnics and hiking.  Except for Father's Day when we tried to go for a hike and it was freezing and snowy in the mountains.

I am excited to share with you what I've been into this month.

Read and Reading:
Motherhood Realized

The Invention of Wings

More on my Twitterature post.

Jason and I have been a little obsessed with this show lately.

My new favorite BBC production.

We rarely watch anything as a family but lately this has been our choice, if we do. Fascinating and disgusting all at once.  There's something for everyone. :)

A fun felt playmat project for our upcoming trip.

More Project Life pages.  I'll be sharing soon!

Embroidery projects aplenty.

Travel ideas  and more travel ideas for an upcoming family road trip

Books to read this summer (as if my list isn't long enough already...)

Solar oven recipes I can't wait to try

Garden update here.  I feel like the garden is a bit of an afterthought this year.  Luckily, it's still producing some goodness and we spend just enough time out there to pick the goodness, and possibly a few weeds along the way.
