We have been experimenting with our solar oven bread recipe and this was the result of our efforts earlier this week. I used
the same basic recipe I shared previously, but used half wheat flour and half white. The result was a delicious, crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside loaf. It was the perfect size for our family to gobble up with dinner.
Every time I put something in the solar oven I find the same song stuck in my head. Can you guess what it is?
Here's a hint, though my brain is singing the original version. You're welcome.
ps- It still boggles my mind that
the sun is cooking food for us.
