St. Patty's Day

We had a really fun day yesterday! Our friends Dani, Brooklynn and Cameron came over to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with us.

We had a green Muffin Tin lunch.

We also made "pots of gold". It's funny how very different two kids can be. Brooklynn was VERY concerned about how dirty her hands were.

Ellie was not one bit worried about the "little bit" of paint she got on her hands.

I can tell you who I'd much rather clean up after. (And it's not my dear, sweet, mess-loving daughter...)
It was such a lovely day outside! The girls even got to have their hunt for leprechaun gold in short sleeves. These two play really well together, and Brooklynn has the cutest little mouth you've ever seen. I like to talk to her just so I can watch her mouth and facial expressions. SO cute!

Cameron is less than one month older than Peanut. I think these two will be good friends, too!
Here is Ellie's finished Pot of Gold, complete with a rainbow.

I'll leave you with my new favorite picture of Peanut. He is a spitting machine lately. The kid goes through several bibs/shirts a day! He loves this new trick and will happily show it to you next time you see him. (I also think he looks adorable in this hat, made by our good friend Becky.)

  1. We had so much fun with you. Brooklynn can't wait for another fun day with Ellie. Peanut is so cute too!

  2. That picture of Peanut smiling really looked a lot like Cutie. How are you holding up with him gone now?
